Simply pick a combination of quantity and frequency similar to your normal consumption, and adjust as needed. 

We offer a completely flexible subscription service, which allows you to adjust the quantity, and the delivery frequency as often as you like, and, with no lock in contract, you can cancel anytime. You can even pause or change the date for when you go on holidays.

Example:
Jane works from home, and her subscription was set to an order of 500g of coffee beans every two weeks, but now she is going to be in the office 3 days per week.

Jane can either reduce her order to 250g delivered each two weeks, or continue with 500g, and change to a delivery each 3 or 4 weeks. 

And it's all done from the website in her account. Easy!

Hopefully Jane's office is on a subscription too, so she doesn't have to drink the rubbish from the supermarket.
